Anticipated Amenities: Residential amenities including open space plazas, walkways, decks, resident lounges, exercise rooms, educational space, laundry spaces, dining, life-long learning center, civic uses and waterfront recreation.
Parking: 320 spaces, of which 115 will be constructed in Phase I.
